Our three-stage interview process
We've designed our interview process in three stages to ensure a thorough evaluation of your suitability for the role and to determine if our company is the right fit for you as well.
Stage 1 - Webinar Introduction Meeting: Join our Hiring Manager for a 15 minute online session covering various aspects such as job roles, compensation, company culture, career progression and our 2024 growth plans. This relaxed webinar format allows you to absorb information without the need for a camera or microphone, just bring along a pen and paper.
Stage 2 - In-depth Interview: Engage in a discussion with our leadership team to explore specific job roles, career progression, development prospects and our future growth strategies. This stage also provides us with the opportunity to evaluate your fit within our company culture, understand your previous experiences and learn more about why you believe you'd excel here.
Stage 3 - Final Round: Conclude with a one-on-one online meeting with a member of our management team. This session allows you to address any remaining questions while we make our final decision. If you are successful we will provide you with a comprehensive outline of the training schedule and important onboarding dates.
